Cardio equipment featuring: ellipticals, stair climber, treadmills, spin bike and recumbent bike. We have upper body, lower body, back, and shoulder weight machines; free weights ranging from 5lbs-105lbs; and an ab station with yoga mats, balance balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, and more. There is also heavy punching bag on the floor in case you need to work out the day's stress!

We all have different fitness objectives, body types, and experience levels at the gym. We offer one-on-one coaching and semi-private sessions for groups of 2-3 people, where you can enjoy the motivation of training with your spouse, friends, or coworkers. Workouts are one-hour long and crafted and scaled for varying fitness levels. In addition to targeted workouts our personal training program also includes nutrition coaching, and fitness testing where we monitor your progress.
